Nice atmosphere and helpful staff

All the associates remembered me from a previous visit and greeted me with familiarity and kindness. Even if I wasn’t buying from them individually, they all were willing to help me and assist the associate I was working with.

Service was completed in a timely manner. They even washed my Telluride - for which I am most thankful. I will be back in the future

Great service and quick process

Wonderful experience. Thanks for Jimmy sales person. I will recommend Browns manassas kia to everyone. Paperwork was very fast. Sales person explained everything singe feature. Finance Cluadia was nice and good.

Great services

Jimmy was very personable, kind and respectful. He explained in great detail about the cars we inquired about and helped us make a good decision in our choice with which we are very happy. They staff that we dealt with were courteous , kind and responsive. The markup compared to other dealers we visited was the most decent given the times that we are. So far, we haven’t seen a better deal . Overall very pleased with our experience at this dealership
