Exceptional experience

Exceptional team they deliver the car to us home delivery this transaction was easier for me then go to supermarket buying groceries. My sales person Mr. Shah great man explained and went over every part of the car I understand more about the technology about this car because of him thank you exceptional job Syed Shah.

Great Service

Outstanding team.Took the time to answer all my questions as well as being very patient with me..My salesman Pedro was absolutely outstanding..Explained everything about the car to me twice..He also followed up with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle.. I will recommend all of my friends and family to come there to buy a car as well as ask for Pedro as a salesman.Customer service is everything In a business and Browns of Manassas has the best team as well as the best salesman..

Hari was very thorough during the sale and afterwards explaining how the car works. Even brought over other people to help me understand how to move the seats and work the Google car connection

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment with Michael Mirzada. On the phone he told me he had the color of the K5 that I wanted at the lot. When I got there they only had blue which I said a million times I did not want. He continually tried to convince me blue was a nice color. When I car shop I expect the salesman to be more of a “let’s find you a car with everything you want and in the color you want” kind of person. He’s the total opposite. Didn’t listen to anything I wanted at all. Then I texted him later that day asking about a different car and he never even got back to me. I ended up going to Oursman Kia and got exactly what I wanted with amazing customer service.

Great service and sales staff

Everything was smooth and easy. The salesman who worked with us (Michael Mirzada) was very friendly and helpful. He explained all the features if the car and helped set everything up with pairing my phone etc.
