Great service writer
I was kept informed on the status of my service. Really like being able to see into the service shop to view car progress. Michelle Boulden went over the recommendations of service with me in terms I could understand. My inspection sticker was not re-applied as instructed. The glue from prior stickers was not entirely removed so my current sticker does not stay on the windshield properly. I was pulled over by the police for not having the sticker properly displayed. Not happy about that!
