Wait was really long- was told that is common for electrical issues but after 3 hours still have to go back for a two hour repair. Everyone was nice but I think I would have gone somewhere for coffee next time

I was offered a payment plan, which made affording my

I was offered a payment plan, which made affording my service easier. The experience was great! Michelle is great! The only problem was that it did take a couple of days for the parts to be ordered and the car to be serviced so I went careless for a couple of days. As well once service was done, a mistake was made which caused all buttons to not work in my car, so I had to plan an hour drive back couple of days later to get that handled. Other than that, the service center itself and the service was great! I've had no issues since.
