Problem is not solved. Apparently both the service advisor and technicians were not sincere. They are lack of knowledge. Very frustrated!!!

Took vehicle in for a new motor.
Took vehicle in for a new motor. Almost a week after the new motor was installed they took the vehicle an hour away from the dealership to one of their service techs house. They did not notify me of this and i called hyundai and they told me this is unacceptable. Hyundai also told me to call the police because they thought it was stolen as well. When i explained this to the General Manager he had a snobby attitude and does not plan to give notifaction to any future customers servicing their vehicles. Also a large dent was in my rear bumper that was not there before they received my vehicle.

The shop is great, I couldn’t get in before a long trip and they were able to fit me in once I returned. They did a great job and a super cleanup and wash before returning the car. Thanks guys!
