Awesome customer service.

The service that I received initially seemed to go well.

The service that I received initially seemed to go well. Then days afterward I started to get emails from CarFax with mileage estimates that are 60,000 miles over my current mileage. When I checked the service ticket I saw that Safford indicated my mileage was 94,845 rather than a correct value of about 34,845. I am concerned that this will cause suspicion that the odometer was rolled back at some point. It could also present a problem if an insurance action bases the value of my car using this inaccurate mileage figure. I called the Service Department to get this corrected, and could not reach a live person. I left a message that there was a problem, and asked for a return phone call. It has been nearly a week, and I have not heard back from the Safford Service Department. This lack of follow-up has turned my favorable opinion of the dealer into a rather negative impression.

They’ve always taken good care of my car.

They’ve always taken good care of my car. I love my car, never had a minutes problem with it.. I’ll never own anything but a Hyundai.

Ken Orr is great and responsive.

Ken Orr is great and responsive. Disappointed in whoever worked on our car. They left grease all on the seat. Car came back filthy. Hopefully it’ll come out of the fabric.
