This is my fourth Hyundai purchased through this

This is my fourth Hyundai purchased through this dealership and the service center has always been highly rated by me However my last visit , not so much. No return calls as promised, no response to messages. After trying to call 7 times I finally went through the operator to get a call back. After my second visit to the shop for a starting issue, was told that it would have to “break” before the could determine this issue. I felt that if I was a paying customer and not a warranty customer, it would have been fixed! Now I’m waiting to be stranded somewhere! So my review is not good this time! Had to wait 7 days just to get my car in to be checked and then had to leave it for the day!

Excellent customer service. Kent explained to me the needs si far to maintain my car in good condition and he provided me with recommendations of the necessary services in the near future

Hi Overall experience was good. The staff were friendly. The wait was long but was expected since I did a walk-in and the vehicle was ready when the staff told me the amount of time it would take.
