I was very impressed with the service department and

I was very impressed with the service department and Mike. They did a lot of service on my car and I got it back way before I thought I would. All the people there very nice and had us on our way in no time. I would recommend them highly!

Getting return phone call - nonexistent.

Getting return phone call - nonexistent. Took over 3 weeks to get in touch with them on a vehicle RECALL! I had to wait a week and a half to get an appointment- even though the recall said the car could catch on fire and not to park it near your house or other cars!! Really??? Set the appointment - but I still had to wait an hour and a half for them to “LOOK” at it to determine everything was fine. WOW. Why bother with appointments? I don’t have t wait that long in my doctors office, I will say the Service Manager was very nice,

Good service.

Good service. Glad you have improved communications when calling that department. Prior to my last visit it was "leave a message" with no follow up.

We were really disappointed with Koons in Woodbridge so

We were really disappointed with Koons in Woodbridge so looked for a new dealer for service. Found Safford Brown Hyundai and found they are totally different. They listen are extremely friendly do not pressure and deliver as promised. Will never visit Koons again and would highly recommend Safford Brown for anyone looking for a car or service

This dealership is very good.

This dealership is very good. My engine on my Sonata died and it was covered under a recall. I just got my car back yesterday and it runs beautifully.

Awful experience in the service dept.

Awful experience in the service dept. Zachary neglected to let me know that they were unable to fix my one of the things and I had to go back after noticing nothing was done. When confronted him He apologized and said they've they ordered the wrong part but nobody bother to notify me. Instead, they let me walk out of the dealer without letting me know. The left headlight was getting water inside and supposedly it was fixed but the next day after I washed my car, water got inside again. I called the service department multiple times, left a voice mail for Zachary, even requested to talk to a manager and Zenia took a message and promised me that someone would contact me. It's been over 2 weeks and nobody bothered to call me back. I decided to take my car to Chantilly and I promised myself not to ever go to Safford Brown Hyundai in Manassas to service my car. Communication is basically non existent and they don't respect people's time.
