It's the closest center to my home.

It's the closest center to my home. Too few employes for the number of clients. Had to wait long to be helped. The attention is good, but they encounter a small problem that could have been resolved immediately but no one came to me to ask. The result, they didn't rotate my tires. Later also realized the cargo net was probably removed when they clean the car, but it was not put it back. I do not have a cargo net now. I use my car very little and I did not realize about it until a couple of weeks later.

Tha salesman (or someone else at the dealership) should have gone over more of the car’s features, I.e., where is the spare tire kit located, where all the USB type ports are located, etc.

This was probably the greatest experience that I have had

This was probably the greatest experience that I have had at a car dealership. What started out as a simple 30K mile check-up turned into a different scenario, but the customer service was phenomenal. I will drive the extra 40 miles to come here compared to the one closer to my house. Thank you, Safford Brown Subaru Manassas!

They were not at all helpful with my issues.

They were not at all helpful with my issues. Next day I went to another Subaru dealer, they took my concern seriously and the outcome is they are replacing my infotainment system. The replacement is covered by warranty. Person at Brown diagnosed the problem as fingerprints on the screen and wiped the screen clean. I reminded him it was a touch screen and asked how I could use it without my fingers.

Great service rep Meredith. She is the reason I go back to the dealership. I had a family emergency and could not find a ride to the dealership, so they go me lift ride.
