Eddie Alomia was great.

Eddie Alomia was great. Explained everything, arranged uber lifts and kept me advised on progress. I think he even stayed late to facilitate my pickup. I felt that I was in good hands and really appreciated the service.

All in all, it was a great experience and quick however

All in all, it was a great experience and quick however they did forget to fill up the tank before I left then they did not tell us until we got the card that it only had one key. I did not impact the rating because overall that’s under $200 and that is something I can easily expense.

MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON DURING LONG DRIVE, JUST AFTER

MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON DURING LONG DRIVE, JUST AFTER GASING UP, SO I BROUGHT IN MY 2007 SUBARU FORESTER A FEW DAYS LATER. ALSO, WHEN I ARRIVED AND WAS PARKING AT THE DEALORSHIP, THE "AT" RED LIGHT SUDDENLY CAME ON. GRAYSON GROUGE WENT OUT TO CHECK THE CAR AND DISCOVERED RIGHT AWAY THAT I HAD NOT PUT THE GAS CAP BACK ON CORRECTLY. HE HAD A DIGONSTIC TEST DONE RE THE "AT" LIGHT AND NO PROBLEM WAS INDICATED. GRAYSON HAS BEEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AND HE IS VERY COMPETENT AND ALWAYS EXPLANS ANY ISSUES CLEARLY. HE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE FOR SAFFORD BROWN.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Kennedy was very professional and friendly - dealing with her was an excellent experience. Minor hiccups in the paperwork, but they were resolved quickly. I would recommend Safford Brown to anyone interested in a Subaru.
