The customer service representative was sort of cordial. She gave me the wrong recommended maintenance for my vehicle and wasn’t very courteous regarding our concerns.

While we do thank you for taking a moment to share your recent experience, we do want to bring to the attention we did in fact check with 2 separate people at the dealership you purchased the vehicle from. You were aware that this happened while you were here for service. Both of those employees were unable to verify the purchase of a maintenance plan. The price regarding your service was agreed upon and acknowledge by signature prior to the work being performed. We do appreciate you servicing your vehicle with us, but we do recommend you reach out to your selling dealer to verify what was part of the purchase of your vehicle.
