You can schedule appointments at your convenience and they stick to the scheduled time, provide the estimated cost before the work is done and estimate how long it will take to be completed so you can wait or borrow a loner. I definitely recommend this dealership for their service dept. as well as their showroom. I have purchased several Subarus and love these cars.
