My SalesRep offered me selection and alternatives, within their offerings. He was up-front with pricing, without pressures. My communication began with email, and he did not pressure me for full-contact details, or to nail-down my budget. He offered his work schedule and made clear that I could show-up or ASK for an appointment. "I" was in the driver's seat. While I was expecting to obtain typical financing, but to buy-down the finance amount to fit a new payment into my budget, he was able to offer better financing, before its advertized availability, that made my cash down less necessary and more valuable for me to retain. And their dealer pricing was moderately discounted from MSRP, which is unusual in my geography. And SaffordBrown offered what will become a relationship with Service staff, throughout my ownership lifecycle. My purchase has been a gentle process, the type I wish several industries would adopt.

Took excellent care of my car .

Took excellent care of my car . I had to bring it back for the same problem and they sent me home in a rental car. They take pride in the work they do.
