Best car maintenance service by far!

Best car maintenance service by far! I have been to Safford Brown Subaru multiple occasions and they deliver each and every time. They are professional, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and get the job done in a timely manner. As soon as you check in, you are given a text so that you may communicate with your advisor at any moment. I would trust them 100%. The waiting area is comfortable and they even offer snacks :) On the right day you may even get to pet the sweetest dog ever. Great job Subaru!!

The wait time during my recent visit was a bit longer

The wait time during my recent visit was a bit longer than expected, and I was disappointed to find the complimentary snacks area empty especially when compared to my previous visit, where that small detail made a positive impression. Additionally, I was a bit frustrated to learn that the technician servicing my vehicle was unable to remove one of the valve caps and did not successfully sync the service information with my Suburban’s system. These oversights detracted from an otherwise smooth process. That said, I was pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness of the service advisor, who helped make the overall experience more positive.
