Had my car ( A Subaru) towed to this dealership after my

Had my car ( A Subaru) towed to this dealership after my car died on a major highway. Not sure what was wrong with it and even for them to look at it was $276…when your car is dead and towed to their location… there is no option. Then come to find out I needed a new battery which could of been done anywhere. Ended up costing $526. For the battery and installation. This dealership is a complete rip off. Avoid at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how stressful car issues can be, especially in an emergency. Our diagnostic fee covers the time and expertise needed to accurately assess any issue, even if it turns out to be something simple like a battery. In this instance the diagnostic fee was waived with the replacement of the battery. Subaru factory replacement batteries do come with an 80 month limited warranty. I do see that this is your first visit with and you generally service with CMA Subaru. A search online will show that we offer this battery over $50 cheaper than CMA. The technician was patient, knowledgeable and did exactly

The technician was patient, knowledgeable and did exactly what I asked. He explained all repairs and gave me time to decide what to do now and what to do later. Everything was done in a timely manner and all employees I encountered were friendly.

This service team is fantastic.

This service team is fantastic. Kind, thorough, friendly, and honest. They are also very communicative and give you good info to be able to make decisions with. And they welcome dogs. Meredith and Christian are always great to us.
