Safford Brown Subaru Manassas went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Bob was incredible to work with, after searching for cars at different dealers across the country. If I remain in the area this is going to be the place I go first!

Car salespeople have a bit of a bad reputation.

Car salespeople have a bit of a bad reputation. Certainly those people are not employed at Safford. Safford employees were friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and in the end we got a fair deal. We did have to wait for a far to arrive from Japan because Forester Tourings are so popular, but it arrived within 2 weeks and the dealership was happy to help us prepare for final writeup. All around superb experience from initial contact, to options, to colors, to availability, to knowledge and finally to price and finance. Cars are not a small investment and Safford knows that and appreciated our buisiness.

Professional, courteous and prompt.

Professional, courteous and prompt. Knowledgeable about how to write up and communicate to the technicians the issues and communicate back to the customer a solution. Updates were on time and clear utilizing texts and video from the technicians and support staff.
