Well, I just got through spending $4700 worth of repairs
Well, I just got through spending $4700 worth of repairs that I felt like the car needed not knowing the background of it. I bought it used little less than a year ago. Decided to take it into a dealership the one thing that I noticed that they do is the Tech actually makes a short little video so you the customer can see exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed that’s going above and beyond a little bit for customer service that impressed me and I’m 62 years old.

Courteous, efficient, professional The maintenance area waiting room is very comfortable with plenty of natural light and amenities. I was given an excellent new loaner to use over the weekend and that was great.

E purchase process was smooth. Pickup also smooth with team members and leader introducing themselves - offering any assistance possible. Professionalism makes me want to return despite the 80 mins. drive. Several local Subaru dealers just didn't measure up. This rating is based on two decades of dealings. Use Safford Brown Subaru.
