I took our 2019 Dodge in for an unusual issue. The metal clamp holding one of the boots in place had failed and the boot was missing. The axel thus had grit embedded due to travel over local gravel roads. The entity in charge of authorizing repairs per the extended warranty that we purchased for a ton of money unilaterally refused to cover the needed repair!! Ramon noticed that, per total mileage and age, our Dodge was still covered by the original factory warranty with a month and a half still to go. So a repair was authorized and a date was promptly arranged as soon as a replacement axel with a factory installed boot was available. We are very satisfied with Ramon's diligence and Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's ability to deliver the performance expected of a dealership. Another month and we would have been stuck with a lemon.

I went in for and Oil change, there was a mix up on my paper regarding if my oil change was covered or not but the staff made sure to triple check and find the correct answer, I was in and out within the hour
