Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! Very helpful and accommodating. Also being able to provide a ride while my vehicle is being serviced was definitely helpful and appreciative.

Ramon was good to work with, but hard to get through the

Ramon was good to work with, but hard to get through the phone system. Also, procedure for a loaner car was not very upfront.

Quality of work is fine, had gone for recalls which were

Quality of work is fine, had gone for recalls which were all addressed. Inquired about spare tire lift that had seized after a single use, was told it was out of warranty by 1,200 miles and that there would be a $170 diagnosis fee. The part itself is $140 direct from Mopar. Was also quoted $219 (part only) for a fog lamp assembly that cost $189 direct from Mopar. Parts are over-priced, there was no attempt to create a positive experience to retain customer loyalty. Overall poor/average experience of what to expect when going to a dealership for service.

They offer "military discount", but they don't really.

They offer "military discount", but they don't really. At the end, they tell you they are already "discounting" the car, so they won't discount more for military or veterans. That's okay, except please don't have big banners saying you offer a military discount if we get the same price as everyone else. That's my only complaint, but my car is awesome!

James Went above and beyond for me.

James Went above and beyond for me. I Highly recommend him the service was done quickly and no hassle. And will let my coworkers know he answered all my question. as excellent. Love my new truck!! Jared took care of us and will be coming back in the future.
