I was charged twice for something I only asked to be done once, and my car is missing parts and looks nothing like how I took it in.

It was fast, but I think it should’ve been under warranty and not had to pay. Also, there were other things that needed done and they sent an email instead of calling to see if I wanted them done so I didn’t get them done like I would’ve liked.

The service center responded quickly to the messeage I left for them. They scheduled a timely appointment, and finsihed the diagnosis and repair in one day. They even arranged a shuttle fot me to get to the center to pick up my car. I am completely satisfied with the encounter.
