Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

We were from out of town out truck messed up. We had our camper and didn't have much if a choice had to buy one. These guys made it really easy. It took a long time, they sold six cars that day they said. They only had 1 guy making decisions on a Saturday afternoon. My salesman Rudy was brand new and he did a great job. The lady we signed the papers with at the end so so sweet. They all made it a pretty enjoyable experience. Just get them some more help.

at the beginning I felt that my word about what was wrong with the car was ignored but after taking it back and being told that what I said was in fact was wrong with the car. Everything went much smoother and I got my car back completely fixed

The service advisor knows his business. Very professional and efficient, made me aware of two issues he uncovered during my visit, and then proceeded to offer a solution that took care of the problems. These are the kind of professionals I want taking care of my Rubicon. Much appreciated..!
