I had to call to get any information about the work being

I had to call to get any information about the work being done on my grand Cherokee. Nothing happened on time. Request for updates went unanswered. I had a rental car during that period of time that was causing additional funds. Simple affective communication would be really useful.

The difference is like night and day, since being under new ownership the service is impeccable, Ray is informative, kind, and professional. The repairs were top notch and the price was a great deal. We highly recommend Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM!!

Beware of service.

Beware of service. Worst service in the nation. My car was in the service department for the third time on the same problem and they left the keys in the car with the doors unlocked and my car was stolen. After it was joy ridden through the desert for two weeks it was recovered in bad shape. They acknowledged that they left the keys in the car and did nothing. Now, I am out a jeep that was in mint condition, the items that were in it and my insurance deductible. I have had 9 jeeps and 2 rams and have always had them serviced at the dealer. I just moved here last year and am now willing to drive the 70 miles down the hill to get good service. The worst part of all of this is that they will not even call to talk to me about it. I have left many messages both in person and over the phone and they will not call me back to address it. They think by ignoring me I will go away. Nope! Pathetic.
