Manny has been my go to person for service on my Avalon

Manny has been my go to person for service on my Avalon for many years and now my Crown. He has always been exceptional and it is always a pleasure coordinating with him on my car repairs. I do not know Jim Brotherton. I always work with Manny. I only schedule when he is there :)

I have been having my RAV4 serviced at Alexandria Toyota. I’ve worked with Simpy and she has done a great job explaining service needs to me and letting me know the timing and status of the work.

Special thanks to Jenny Kirby and Suzan Danfora. Jenny Kirby, Service Advisor, offered a rental vehicle while my vehicle was serviced, which saved me time waiting at the dealership. She has great advisory skills, such as collecting information, and advised me on necessary vehicle services In addition, Suzan Danfora, Service Dept. Specialist effectively communicated with me upon my return with the rental vehicle. She actively listened to my story and maintained professionalism.

My overall experience every time has been amazing! This team gets the job DONE! I love how they take great care of my car. As a female, I don't know all the ins and outs of maintenance, but I trust them wholeheartedly!!!!!!!

Manny was my service advisor;.

Manny was my service advisor;. He's been a blessing and an excellent and very reliable source. He's been very open and honest., and extremely helpful regarding what a vehicle needs and its maintenance. I really appreciate it. He's the epitome of an employee that's well overdue for a promotional role and more money. Some things one can't teach, and Manny has it. Whenever I come over, I refer many clients to him because of how well of a job Alexandria Toyota does when it comes down to vetting and hiring the best employees. Christ bless the team!

I really appreciate the help of the Sales Professional

I really appreciate the help of the Sales Professional Wesley and the Manager Basil. They were supper attentive, informative and exceeded my expectations. The car that I bought had two scratches on the fender and a couple on the bumper. After the first service, I was not happy with the scratches on the back and asked to have a refund or another complimentary service. I left my car again for another service. The car looked brand new. Wesley answered all my questions and was readily available to meet me and be flexible to my visits at the dealership. Basil was willing to negotiate price and they were both professional, friendly and put the customer first for sure. I definitely recommend this Alexandria Toyota and I would 100% do business with them again!
