Service after the sale and Quality Service is pretty much
Service after the sale and Quality Service is pretty much non existent from what I've seen so far. Sales department makes a sale and runs and doesn't return calls if you have even a minor issue with your new car. Mechanics (2) couldn't figure out how to even install and get the spare tire, jack, tire iron in the car and get it to fit!. Buy a car new when you order a new car, it comes in you don't call the rightful owner or company, you use it to lend out as a loaner for weeks then call. That's why what should have been in the car was missing ( Spare Tire) etc. You are probably the absolute worst Ford Dealer for honesty and service I've ever seen in Illinois at least and I've been driving Fords for 42 plus years.

Had my vehicle for 3 months.
Had my vehicle for 3 months. Every time I called for updates no one could give me any valuable information. Didn’t call and let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I did receive my vehicle back it still makes noises and my key fob no longer works. Just communication is horrible.

The person that waited on me had a little attitude.
The person that waited on me had a little attitude. Wasn't happy with that. He had a comment or a facial expression to anyone that said something to him or gave him something. He called me to tell me I needed back brakes. My back breaks were changed a week ago. If he would of looked at the inspection sheet which I had to ask for, it was the front breaks. He says the mechanic must have made a mistake. I think it was him. If you work in customer service you need to have a better attitude. I worked it for 15 years..
