As a customer at Crazy Cars, I was really delighted by how simple and honest the whole thing was. They didn't try to sell me a more expensive car that I didn't need or pressure me to buy one. Instead, they paid close attention to what I wanted, stayed within my budget, and helped me find the perfect car. Finding a dealership that really cares about your requirements is hard, but Crazy Cars was one of those places.

The people at Crazy Cars took their time and showed me everything step by step. They were really attentive and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt good about my purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better way to acquire a car!

will never do business with this company. I saw a vehicle they advertised a ford f150 Limited and made them an offer site unseen they accepted. the saleswoman told me the manager would call me shortly it never happened. I sent a email stating my dissatisfaction still no reply. The next day I called same xx statement the manager was going to call me right back I waited three hours and called back and got another person and explained my situation and she assured me the manager would call me right away it’s six hours later never got the call. buyer be where this company is no good stay away!!

They followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy. That meant a lot.

if i could give a lesser star i would. I bought a 2016 honda pilot in october 2024. The price online was 14995 but i somehow paid 17300 for the car. This vehicle has been nothing but problems since i got it. has been in the shop most of the time ive had it and is currently today still in the shop. Nothing but problems. I would never do business with this place. Also the price for having the car delivered to me went up by 500 plus dollars so i flew to NJ and drove the vehicle home with a trouble light for the washer fluid which costed me 300 to have fixed. this vehicle has already costed me 2000 at the shop and its not done yet.

Found this dealership through CapitalOne and they honestly need to be investigated and SHUT DOWN. Advertised a much lower price on the vehicle I was looking to purchase with cash and finance the remaining only to find out that they had marked up the car almost 10k on their lot. When questioned about it they responded with vague xx stating that the prices online are just for advertising which is ILLEGAL in NJ. They won’t conduct online deals either they want you to come in person so they can con you into buying their overpriced USED vehicles. They are obviously looking for naive foolish customers who don’t know much about cars and dealership hidden fees. If you’re going to make the mistake of purchasing a car from them I highly encourage you to read the contract THROUGHLY before you sign anything. Do not be foolish and walk away and go to another dealer!! You will find the same car in another lot for the price you’re looking for DO NOT BE DESPERATE. Save your hard earned money, your precious time, and your gas!

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from them. They are one of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever done business with. After an 8k cash down payment, they went and sold me the car for more than 4k of what the online price was and I did not realize until I got home 2 hours away that this took place. The car online was listed at $17,995 and when I looked at the paperwork once home it was sold to me at over $22,500. Not to mention I was told I would have my plates and registration within 3 to 4 weeks and my temp tags expire tomorrow on 6/1 and when I call in the young lady who answered the calls gives me excuses. Now I’m stuck with the loss of over $4k of my money and no tags to drive legally in the state of Pennsylvania. Stay away, nice cars but they are definitely no good and super dishonest folks. I will continue to write my honest reviews until they rectify this issue! Hope people go somewhere else to buy their cars!!!!!!!
