🚨 BEWARE: $11,000 in RIDICULOUS fees added to a $12,000 car!! I was told the price of the car was $12,000, and I was ready to pay in full with no financing. But when it came time to sign, they had added over $11,000 in vague, unjustified “fees” on top of that — nearly doubling the price. I expected standard taxes and registration, but this was a complete scam. When I asked for an explanation, I got a rushed, grainy breakdown that made no sense and felt like a deliberate attempt to trap customers who don’t know better. This is predatory behavior and absolutely unacceptable. These people are counting on you being desperate or uninformed — I urge you to run the other direction. This is fraud dressed up as dealership paperwork. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. This place should NOT be allowed to operate like this.

$6,000 in "unsubstantiated and grainy explained" extra fees in the Cash Deal offer, way above the price from the listed price. I needed no finance as I was there to pay in bank cashier's check for the listed price and of course tax, tags title and registration. He never got a chance to know my occupation.....but the dealership will find out soon as I'm preparing an investigation into their business practices. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A CAR DEALERSHIP!

Loved the experience at Crazy Cars. Bought my Ford Mustang and flew all the way from Cali. It was a color I've been looking for the past 3 months. It looks better than the photos. Everyone was very friendly and explained the process every step of the way. I will be coming back for my next vehicle and have already referred my family members. They exceeded my expectations!! Waste of time The price they post online is not real Went to check a car who was priced at $12k and ended up being $19k out the door

HORRIBLE HORRIFIC DEALERSHIP!! I spent 3 days looking at a vehicle taking pictures of my trade in, giving the dealership all of my financial info and finally made a deal for $24k on a Durango. I specifically told them I don’t want dings on my credit until I’m sure of the deal. The deal was made, they ran my credit (which is an 800 give or take at any point) then they ghosted me. I was persistent and finally got through, it took them hours to “get approval” then they approved me! For $37,000!! I said what?! The car is $24k… they informed me that they add gps in case I don’t pay, paint sealant, interior sealant on the cloth, and a bunch of other stuff. I said I don’t want any of that I want the car with nothing for $24k like we agreed. Lowest they would go was $32,000. It took me 5 phone calls to speak with the sales manager and I was given 3 different managers names from 2 different people. Then he finally called me back and I’m pretty sure it was my salesman pretending to be the manager. DO NOT BUY HERE!! I called a lawyer to see what I could do about all the lies and hitting my credit when I told them not to until we had a solid deal. I’m waiting for a callback. But i buy and sell cars on the side and I’ve owned over 30 cars personally and never had such a horrible experience. Absolutely disgusting. The people who “work” there should be ashamed.

Don’t waste your time—unless you enjoy getting scammed. Check the price before you show up, because the $22K listing is pure bait. They sneak in a ridiculous $6,000 “FY fee”, and guess what? That doesn’t even include taxes or registration. So now you’re paying almost 30% more than the advertised price. Absolute scam. Typical shady, outdated dealership xx. Stay far away.

Crazy Cars tried to steal $22,000 from me on my birthday. I do not suggest doing business with them, especially the big bold guy named Julio Estrada Torres. Do not finance with Ally. Prices are crazy do not SHOP HERE
