Crazy Cars tried to steal $22,000 from me on my birthday. I do not suggest doing business with them, especially the big bold guy named Julio Estrada Torres. Do not finance with Ally.

They advertised a RAV4 for $13,995 online.

They advertised a RAV4 for $13,995 online. They increased the price on contract without telling me, and then rushed me through the paperwork. The braking system on truck needed repairs. Beware, they are dishonest and not transparent! They use illegal sales practices to take advantage of consumers. Please read the paperwork, they had me sign to waive my right to go to court! It took about 3 weeks to cancel that contract. I regret going there.

Please believe the bad reviews, these guys are criminals! My wife and I went to this dealership. They advertised a RAV4 for $13,995 online. They increased the price on contract without telling us, and then rushed us through the paperwork. The braking system on truck needed repairs. Beware, they are dishonest and not transparent. They use illegal sales practices to take advantage of consumers. They are scammers! We are telling everyone we know not to go there!

Was motivated to purchase right away.

Was motivated to purchase right away. Found them on CarGurus.com. Had loan pre approved on CarGuru app. Contacted dealership whose behavior was a bit sketchy. Their quick action when asking for all my personal info (license, proof of residency, SS#, employment, income, insurance, etc) followed by repeated delays were red flags. They wanted to look at other financing?! It shouldn’t take several days, several emails, several phone calls to purchase a vehicle. Told they would call me back ASAP which of course they did not. Took me less than 1 hour with another dealer for a newer wrangler with less miles for same price. They definitely didn’t want to sell or just wanted a person’s identity info. You are welcome to your own interpretation.

Called to inquire about a car and get a simple out the door price, and what’s with spamming my phone just to setup a test drive. Wouldn’t work out a price with me without coming in, meanwhile I was able to get 2 other quotes from their competitors. I don’t have the patience or the time to go to several dealers just to get a simple price quote. No wonder the poor reviews!

Clearly just checking boxes.

Clearly just checking boxes. Looked at 3 different vehicles that were listed with them and all 3 had sunroof, adaptive cruise, and heated steering wheel listed as having those options. When looking at the pictures the vehicles had none of those options. If I can’t trust them to look over the post, how could I trust them to get the paperwork right? Do better

BELIEVE the bad reviews!

BELIEVE the bad reviews! I chose to ignore them as I really liked a car I saw. I thought, "Don't go to this place. It's bound to be one of those sleazy roadside car dealers." And boy, was it! A rundown shack on the side of the road with the "manager" in a baseball cap, sweatshirt and reeking of cologne that STILL is polluting my nose. This place is the worst hole in the ground I've ever been to (trust your instincts, I should have). ADD TO THAT (and don't be surprised) they advertise prices YOU will never get. And we - who wanted to pay CASH for a car that's been on their lot over 6 months - had the price jacked up over $10K for that reason. As others have said, run don't walk from Crazy Cars (an apt name) in Hillside NJ.
