🔥 BUYER BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!! 🔥 Took our $1000 deposit with verbal agreement over the phone that Toyota Tacoma was in drivable condition. One of the employees could not even move it from the parking spot, transmission is shot. Refused to return our deposit.

Found a Toyota Tacoma at Rickie’s Auto LLC and it was perfect for me! I was warmly greeted by Terra and Lexie when I arrived for a test drive. They are very friendly and professional. The whole experience was incredibly comfortable, and that’s saying a lot for an older woman on her own. I highly recommend this dealership!

I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry from Rickie’s Auto LLC for my daughter, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Extremely shady sales tactics strong arming my husband into putting a down payment on a car they didn't mention had the check engine light on and hooked us like fish since they knew we were out of state. Got the car home and now it won't start. Then Terra has the nerve to ask for a good review so she can get her bonus and have a nice Christmas for her kids. I would like to have a nice Christmas by buying a car that actually runs. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Absolutely disgusted with my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I called the dealership requesting some additional pictures and was told they do not take pictures of the underside of the truck because they all wear nice clothes. I had to pay a company $200 they recommend if I want additional pictures. I would be coming from a hundreds of miles away. What happened good old fashion customer service. where people earn an honest living through their acts and deeds. Where are the honorable men in this world.

After finding my dream car online nearly 2000 miles away over 4th of July weekend I was forced to wait till after the holiday to get in touch with Rickie. I asked about the car I was interested in, he helped set me up with a mobile inspector to look the car over to save me time and a flight to Oregon. By the time we finished the inspection and I made my considerations it was too late to make the deal that day. Bright and early the next day, Rickie was there to help speed things along. I was able to docusign the paperwork and wire the money. Without being asked Rickie dropped the sales price to offset the shipping (Thank you again) and he handled finding a driver to transport my car to me. Picked up on a Saturday and dropped off to me on the following Monday. Excellent customer service and I would not be afraid to buy from him again!
