Eric (the owner) proceeded to tell me how I was a person of zero integrity and he would like to see me be a good person and come pay him that additional $1000. I explained to him that I'd be happy to get legal counsel involved so this could be sorted out which finally encouraged him to send the paperwork to DMV on the day that the temp tag expired.

Not sure how to respond, other than to correct the record. Due to a computer software glitch the sales tax was not collected. When this error was realized we contacted the customer, they acknowledged they owed their sales tax but said it was our mistake so we should pay it. I would like to think people would do the right thing and pay what even they acknowledge is their responsibility. Ultimately We did pay for the error on our end.
Both Mike and Brian were awesome. Great personalities along with extreme professionalism and hard work getting me into our "new" truck. 7 years ago I was involved in a situation that wiped out my nearly perfect credit score dropping it into the mid 500s from the 8s. With that absolutely horrible score and needing to get a $25,000 vehicle with a much smaller down than I had imagined Brian made it happen all in a few hours for me to show up later that day to do the sale/purchase. I was shocked he found a bank to take me. The truck is absolutely beautiful! It's a 2014 but was obviously very well taken care of with the low miles and the exact trim I have been searching for the past 6ish months. The transaction was perfect, quick and smooth. I highly recommend this location for your next move on a great condition used vehicle at a very competitive price. Brian and Mike are working hard at what they do and are doing it right. Thank you both for helping me in this adventure.
