From day one, NextGear took care of us, and we are so incredibly grateful! I recently purchase a Range Rover from Next Gear Motors and was very pleased with the purchase. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My salesperson, Mohummed, was able to answer all of my questions and sent over a car fax. There were a few small items wrong with the vehicle but they were able to fix them quickly. The vehicle was detailed meticulously both inside and out. I usually always purchase new vehicles but Next Gear put my mind at ease about a used purchase. They have their used vehicles as close to new as you can get. The manger Kian, was able to able to process the sale quick and painless. The owner, Majid was even able to arrange shipping in prompt manner. Next Gear certainly has renewed my faith in used car dealers! These guys are honest and try to make your purchase painless. I'll certainly check back with them for any future purchases.

Went to buy a car but Tony refused to lower the price because he said that he had lowered the price over the weekend. That was a lie!! I did a lot of research before driving all the way to Raleigh and the price had not been lowered. Tony was very rude. This place is a joke so dont waste your time.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Each time I left, I felt less clean. Kian told me that there would be no more than 1 hard inquiry on my credit report. Yes, I have problematic credit; however, 14 hard inquiries and then sending me to another dealership to purchase a car is sickening. Lies upon lies. Oh, and my favorite one was when I arrived to take delivery of my car, I was told that it was "sold by another salesman, because mine had the day off", and it was a mistake. Neither Kian nor Tony told me the truth at any point. I will be filing with the FTC and each bureau to extend serious charges for abuse of customers' personal financial information. What they did IS ILLEGAL! RUN FROM NEXT GEAR MOTORS AS FAST AS YOU CAN Carvana got me the car I wanted and was beyond professional with their treatment of me and my personal information. It's being delivered tonight.

I didn't actually buy anything from them yet, but I did submit a question, and they were very responsive. I will certainly keep them in mind when I'm ready to buy!

Very disappointed! I bought a work truck in my company name and they added my name with my business name in the wrong form and so the lender reports the account to both my personal and business credit. I've bought 5 work trucks and have purchased 500k of business equipment over the last few years. This is the first time a business loan has reported to my personal credit. They messed up! I called and spoke to the financial manager and he offered no help other than paying off the loan. Further more this is a deleted vehicle they sold me which is illegal to sell in the state of NC. Keep an eagle eye on these guys when buying from them!

Amazing, caring and knowledgeable sales team! From working with Allan, salesman to find the perfect vehicle, to Kianoosh, sales manager and Tony, General manager, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Straightforward, now hassling, price reasonable and they worked fast. I’ve been at dealerships for 6-8 hours buying this took literally 2 hours including test drive. No pressure to buy additional packages. Great communication from the initial email with Allan online about the car! Helpful tips from the General Manager about financing. I didn’t feel treated differently as woman or taken advantage of. If you are looking for a used vehicle please check them out! I love the fact the GM Tony was hands on often you never see them! Bought a car over a month ago for my daughter the 30 day tags have run out every time I call and ask about the real tag for the car I get a different story or get told they will call back they never call back but they keep sending messages asking g us to send copy of ID we have now sent pictures of the ID at least 5 times we want our license plate we have sent pictures of both ID of the people on the tittle we need the license plate for the 2014 chevy cruiz
