Having many contacts with Sales on the purchase of a

Having many contacts with Sales on the purchase of a vehicle, driving 2 hours to dealership with prior notice to Sales Dept of arrival. upon arrival informed the vehicle was sold 20 minutes before having arrived. The sales dept was unprofessional, disrespectful and very non-helpful, lack of consumer communication during the purchase process logistics. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle form this dealership, a bunch of unprofessional auto sales dept.

Very unprofessional and disappointing interaction with

Very unprofessional and disappointing interaction with Matt. He told me to apply and assured me he would contact me ASAP. After completing the credit application, there was no follow-up for more than 4 hours. I called after about an hour to ask why he was not replying to my messages and was told it would take another 10–20 minutes. He never contacted me after that. Communication stopped entirely once the credit application was completed. This felt misleading and showed a lack of basic professionalism and respect for a potential customer. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership.

1 Star – Disgraceful Customer Service Purchased a 2023

1 Star – Disgraceful Customer Service Purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Karma Westfield in January. After a mechanical issue forced me to sell the vehicle, I paid off the loan and requested a GAP insurance refund. Ally confirmed the refund was sent to the dealership in September. Karma Westfield has withheld the funds despite receiving all documentation. They ignore emails, dodge calls, and offer weak excuses like being “away from the desk.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior—buyers beware.

if there is zero rating, i can select that LOL.

if there is zero rating, i can select that LOL.. the price they advertise is not what you pay.. there is UV Theft, Flex protect, 360 preotection price.. all together $4k extra and it is hidden but mandatory fee.. say WHAT!!! and document fee which i agree every dealer should charge for that service... CRAZY man! Dont want to call out a person. But, please declare the price upfront, not after someone flew from different state jus tto know its not the right price...

The folks at Karma were knowledgeable and friendly.

The folks at Karma were knowledgeable and friendly. They drove a hard bargain but we eventually ended up at a fair price. Delivery was the quickest of any Carr buying experiences I can remember, and they had the car detailed and fueled full for me! Awesome!

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! PLEASE READ: This was the worst experience I’ve had with any dealerships. These people are dishonest. If you don’t want to waste time and money, I advise you to find a different dealer. I drove 4 hrs from out of town just to meet with Stephanie (sales rep I’d been talking to) regarding a 2023 suburban premier. Before I went to this dealership I had multiple conversations with Stephanie and we had agreed on a 50k out the door price. I asked her multiple times on the phone to confirm that 50k out the door was the agreeable number which she confirmed it was. Upon arriving to karma dealership Stephanie took me for a test drive. She then took my info and tried to rush me to the bank to get money for the down payment- when I asked to see the final price of the vehicle on paper, her manager, Tiffany came and told me they couldn’t do 50k even though that was the agreement. The price was now 59k. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and these people.

I bought my son's first car in January at Karma.

I bought my son's first car in January at Karma. We were very excited. Then excitement turned into disappointment. We have had the car for 7 months now and it is great and have not had 1 problem with it. The dealership on the other hand was a nightmare. I would not recommend this experience for anyone. They added warranties that we did not want and did over see them on the screen. All they pushed for was signatures. They agreed to give us our money back but it took 7 months of poking at them. It got so bad that we contacted News 4 Better get Baquero. The manager Carlos was useless and continue to tell us he was on top of it. We even asked for a different managers, they spoke to us then moved us back to Carlos. It took Carlos "leaving the dealership" to finally get help in our refund. Terrible! I only give a 1 star review because the car is good.
