I recently had my F-150 Lightning serviced at Cocoa Ford, and I can’t say enough about their outstanding service! Their pickup and delivery option was a game-changer, especially since I was out of town. It saved me both time and money, making the entire process incredibly convenient. Chris Strohm is clearly turning things around at Cocoa Ford, and it shows in the quality of their work and customer care. Jimmy Broadwell kept me in the loop every step of the way, with communication skills that are truly second to none. Cocoa Ford has earned its place as my go-to Ford dealer on the Space Coast for all my service needs. I’m eagerly awaiting the Ford Motor Company survey to share my experience, but I couldn’t wait to sing the praises of Cocoa Ford, Chris, and Jimmy. I found a vehicle advertised for $13,999 and asked for
I found a vehicle advertised for $13,999 and asked for the out-the-door price. I was shocked when it came back at $20,400. After breaking it down, I learned we would be paying over $3,500 in “dealer costs” — things like tire and battery disposal, reconditioning, certification, and dealer-installed accessories we never requested. These are normal operating costs a dealership should already include in their pricing, not extra charges dumped on the customer at signing. This kind of pricing practice feels deceptive. If you shop here, be prepared for the advertised price to be nowhere near what you actually pay.

I had a great experience buying a new Ford Maverick from Cocoa Ford! I arrived at the dealership late in the evening and they still took their time to go through all the details and worked with me on a fair price . Frank is an amazing salesman, knowledgeable about his product and caring toward his customers. I didn't have a trade and Frank personally delivered my vehicle the following morning. Cocoa was a bit of a drive but the experience was so much better there than my local dealer. I would recommend Cocoa Ford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle

I was disappointed they had vehicle i was interested it
I was disappointed they had vehicle i was interested it was listed $28, 509 i drove 32 miles to see it but then they added few things and then the price went up to $36,400 saying that they added new seats and some other option. I ask them why not listed for the asking price

Overall experience very poor, vehicle advertised $1,500 less to get you in the door, then told it was pricing error. We had been looking at car for a week, price updated daily at the lower advertised rate, was not a pricing error. Manager was very rude, showroom was dirty, was not the experience we expected from major dealership’s used car division.

Not impressed! Bait and switch, read the fine print and go elsewhere! I went to Coastal Hyundai after leaving Cocoa and bought a truck at the price listed!

Harland the finance guy is about the most dishonest
Harland the finance guy is about the most dishonest person I’ve ever dealt with. Grossly underpaid for my trade in and then turned around and put the vehicle back on the lot for sale at twice the price they paid for it. I’ll never do business with them again!!
