FRAUD ALERT!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CORRUPT DEALERSHIP!!!! My wife purchased a 2016 Tesla Model S on April 4, 2026 . Despite purchasing a ProGuard Gold 10-year powertrain warranty with her vehicle, she has not been provided with any warranty documentation or contact information for the warranty provider. On May 2, 2026, her vehicle broke down, and she again asked Albert Vega, Finance Manager for her warranty information to file a claim. Instead of providing the information, he instructed her to tow the vehicle to OffLease at her own expense. As of July 6, 2026, she has not received any warranty information or updates on her vehicle’s status nor the whereabouts of her car from anyone at OffLease!!!

Me and my wife bought a suv 2 month ago at this dealer and ended up losing our Disable veterans tag priviliges because of the financing department make the huge mistake of not been able to register our vehicle on both of our names ,they are incompetent totally, ended up giving a regular tag none of the personal they have was able to fix their error. Therfore my suggestion dont buy anything from this dealer unless you are willing to lose something. The worst place to buy a vehicle.

customer service was okay, but the car i came to see that was advertised as 0 accidents reported had very obviously been in non reported accidents. misaligned panels, mismatched panels under the poor quality wrap, misaligned exhaust tips, and many dings and dents. made an hour and a half drive for a clapped car that they wanted $16,000 for after dealer fees. car isnt worth more than 6.5 😵💫

Worst experience ever, said they would fix anything major, it cost me 5000 out of my pocket two days after purchase. Lots of hidden fees and prices that don’t match the Internet. Stay away.
