Buying a new car in todays market it is very important to have a knowledgeable sales person to guide us along the way. James Hardman is that type of sale person. He understands the product and has a working knowledge of the sales process. we feel that James became a good partner in all areas to finish the deal. James made the process enjoyable.

John was so helpful. He went above and beyond anything I could imagine during my car buying process. He made it smooth. I was very pleased with the service I was provided by Shane and the staff at Zigler. This was my third Subaru purchased from Shane. He always makes the process easy and goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Shane and the staff at Zigler. This dealership is an absolute joke and if I could give

This dealership is an absolute joke and if I could give them 0/5 stars I would. I recently tried to trade my vehicle in (2019 with 37k miles in excellent condition) and was offered a ridiculously low amount. I was told by the salesman they usually offer close to Kelly blue book value in fair condition even if your vehicle is in excellent condition. My offer came in way lower than that, I’d almost consider their offer at junk price. Luckily I did my research and knew what the car was worth and had also gotten a carvana offer and a carmax offer just to make sure I’d be offered a fair amount. The dealership offer was THOUSANDS below carvana, to the point that I could have sold my car to carvana and bought the vehicle from the dealership outright and paid the full amount of sales tax and still been thousands of dollars ahead. I also had to contact the dealer multiple times because they weren’t returning my calls. Overall very poor and frustrating experience. I’ll be trading with carvana from here on out.

BUYER BEWARE There are a few good things about this

BUYER BEWARE There are a few good things about this dealership, nice location, easy to get to, nice waiting room with free drinks and snacks... The bad.. they had a very nice 2019 impreza hatch back I drove to go check out. The list price was 20,225. So with the sales tax I was looking at paying around 21640. But when I went to my 2 o'clock appointment, the sales rep didn't get to me until 2:45. Ok not a big deal I could still make everything work.... I asked for the Out the Door Price. The proce was almost 24k with all their add-ons. And the cheapest they could do was just over 23k. Sorry how can you offer a car for sale. For a low price and put over 3k in "upgrades". Common do better.

We came in to look at a particular car we had seen

We came in to look at a particular car we had seen online. Our contact person was Christian R. He contacted me and we set an appt. When we got to the dealership, he had the car parked in front. He was very personable and spent plenty of time with us discussing the car. We also test drove it with him. He was courteous and was able to tell us all the pertinent information about this car. We had shared that we were very likely to order a similar car, but from our local dealer, where we service our Subaru cars. Christian did an excellent job and is an asset to this dealership.

I recently drove over an hour to look at an Acadia and

I recently drove over an hour to look at an Acadia and was immediately approached by Taylor Rice and had the absolute best experience with him and then we had to deal with Joe Shane who claimed to be the manager but their website just shows him as a Team Lead. He was extremely condescending, rude, laughed at me, refused to give me the name and the phone number of the "only man above him in charge" and told me I would need to get it from their website. I asked him 3 times for his name and number and he told me even his boss told him to tell me to get it from the website and not give it to me. I wrote his name down so that I could remember and with a smirk he said "you can write my name and number down all you want" I was honestly shocked and disgusted with how I was treated. He made a degrading comment about the amount of the monthly payment we could afford as he was clearly upset that we were offended by the trade in offer and that how they do not negotiate on any of their car prices as they are priced to sell. Do not waste your time with this dealership.
