I’ve had my 2020 Ascent in service for the same issue 9

I’ve had my 2020 Ascent in service for the same issue 9 or 10 times now. They can’t figure out what’s causing it and now just want to give the car back to me without finding the issue or fixing it. This has been going on for over 7 months and we are getting nowhere and now they aren’t even trying to help.

Lost one star because they had limited inventory of the model trim package I was looking for.

My car is still having issues & I can't miss any more

My car is still having issues & I can't miss any more work. Been in the shop twice. They also replaced items that did nit need replaced bc they were new when i got the car. The key fob started messing up too after it was in service for a week.

Went with my son to purchase a car.

Went with my son to purchase a car. The salesman was very nice. But his manager hood winked my son into purchasing gap ins and the warranty!! When I asked to see the financials of the purchase he talks over me and kept telling my son to just sign here on the IPad. We both learned a hard lesson today. Scummy finance car managers still exist!!! Would never go back to this dealer.

Staff were fantastic and explained the service process

Staff were fantastic and explained the service process well. They made sure to keep me informed and provide updates. They ensured I knew my options and had okay'd a course of action prior to them doing any work on the vehicle. The waiting room was well lit and clean and there were even free snacks and coffee. Prices seemed reasonable for other service centers in the area.
