I will never use this company again after bringing our
I will never use this company again after bringing our family car in due to and accident on the highway the car was towed there for repair after over 30 days in shop we received our car back dirty they didn’t even have the courtesy to clean the interior or exterior of the car! And it was in their possession for over a month we paid good money for them to repair it bad customer service we had been using East Valley Nissan for 10 years no more we will let everyone we know about your terrible customer experience that was given to us who are now courtesy unhappy customer you got the last of our business we were going to purchase a new vehicle from you so it’s your loss !

His approach was refreshing—no pressure, just genuine assistance. He patiently walked us through our options and made sure we understood everything. His transparency and friendly demeanor sealed the deal for us. - Eric and Bubs: Eric, the manager, was equally impressive. Not only did he cut through the fluff, but he also had an adorable French bulldog named Bubs as the sales floor mascot. Bubs added a delightful touch to the whole process! - Freddy and the Finance Ninja: Freddy handled our financing. He didn't just introduce himself as the finance guy; instead, he engaged in a meaningful conversation. Freddy fought for us during negotiations and even brought in his director, Val, who's apparently a finance ninja. Together, they secured the best deal with one of their partner banks. - Calvin, the Insurance Expert: Calvin, the in-house insurance guy, deserves a shout-out. He compared our current rates to their promotion and helped us save even more money. His thoughtful approach made all the difference. - Dan, the Inventor Manager: Dan, the manager, wore many hats. Not only did he oversee the process, but he also got our car detailed and handled other tasks seamlessly. The courtesy extended by the entire team was palpable. Overall, Courtesy Nissan of Mesa has earned a partner for life. Thank you for the blessing you've been to my family. We'll be back!

Courtesy Nissan of Masa. This was the most disappointing car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman JD was very nice t deal with. Test drove car and called one day later saying I would be coming up talk pricing. Gave them 1-1/2 hour notice and they said they would clean/wash up car to show again. Arrived and car had not been moved from other day. Went to work on pricing, All these “Managers” kept come g buy dots introduce and say “HI”. Back and forth on price and each time took of river for “Manager” to make up mind. Wife and I just sat. Finally agreed on potential sale and trade offer, $500 DN to hold until next day. Sales agreement showed price but did not reflect the $550 and they wanted me to sign. Said credit card receipt was proof even but did not say what it was for. I said no. Three hours have pasted, now 8:30 PM. Called next day and informed I would be coming up to finalize purchase minus trade, would us cash instead. Please have new agreement ready to review. Arrived and car had still not Benn moved to go thru “NEW AUTO CLEAN UP AND DETAIL”. Paper work not done when we arrived. Bottom line, lots of people walking around and left us to sit. Car was sent to new car prep (wash, detail interior, fill with gas). Deal done but took over three (3) hours. Car parked in shade. Left and noticed (after 20 miles) that fuel was empty. New car prep was taking sticker off windows, removing plastic from floor mats and installing in place. Windows had adhesive residue from stickers, dirty on inside and out. Two days latter went to use windshield washer and NO FLUID. WHAT PREP WAS DONE? Biggest jock of a cars dealer I have ever worked with and “MANAGERS” acted like they could care less NEVER AGAIN FOR ME AND YOU SHOULD LOOK AT OTHER DEALERS

This is the best dealership I have ever visited. The salesman Key was super nice and his customer service skills are outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was never pushy and is a true gentleman. When it was time to talk numbers John came over and he gave me a great deal. No run around or tricks. Just fair and honest negotiations. He was a joy to work with. Courtesy sold me a great car and I have Key and John to thank for it. Then came the F.I. office where I met Rocio to help me with the paperwork. She was a sweetheart and she explained all the details perfectly. She also has great customer service skills and she never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. Then when it was time to get 2 cars home. John had Sergio drive my other car home. Sergio was very nice and was very helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Courtesy Nissan. How unusual it was to enjoy buying a car, all the way through the process. I met several other folks at Courtesy all of whom were very nice and friendly. This dealership has so many nice people working there and are a delight to be around. I found them to be trustworthy and honest, and they'll do everything they can to get you a nice quality car at a fair price. If that isn't enough, I was treated to pizza for lunch while waiting for my new car to be washed. I'm not sure 5 stars is enough. They deserve more. I will be back for service and perhaps more car purchases. I cannot recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor, shop at Courtesy Nissan before any other dealer. You'll be glad you did. Ask for Key, he may even sing you a song. What a pleasant day I had. And I really like my new car. Way to go Courtesy! You have the right name.

You're welcome, and thank you for the beautiful 2009 black lincoln mks. Its too bad though, that upon my return to Courtesy for an oil change, the service department left smudges in the perfectly clean interior. This was even more disappointing, considering the fact that you were asked to be sure that this didn't happen. I don't intend to return again.
