I took my vehicle in for an oil change.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The oil change went fast and smooth. However, after I arrived home I noticed damage to the paint on my driver side door. An approximately 4x2 inch piece of paint is missing from the driver side door. I was relieved that the dealership took photos of the vehicle prior to the oil change and I sent in photos of the paint damage post oil change. Even with clear photo evidence of the paint being damage while it was in their possession, they so far have refused to take responsibility for the damage.

Riley Ing, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. In reviewing the driver's front door damage of the photo, you sent in comparison to the check in photos we take at the time of your vehicle being written up. We are finding pre-existing damage to that area of the driver's door. It appears that the damage area has gotten worse with the paint now peeling off, but it looks to be a compromised area. My apologies on this situation. Being a Courtesy Valued customer, I would like to see what we can do to help assist with the cost of paint repairs. Took my nissan kicks in for my first time oil change. Dennise is the one who helped us way and beyond his means. He was so helpful very informative and a very pleasant attitude to work with.
