I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at HGreg. I came in specifically to look at a 2015 Camaro and simply wanted to get an idea of what the monthly payments might be. Before giving any of my information, I asked twice if the credit check would be a soft pull because I’ve been actively rebuilding my credit. Both times, B. Rodriguez assured me it would not affect my credit score. After viewing the Camaro, I was directed to fill out paperwork that felt excessive and unnecessary for just getting a payment estimate. I asked again about the credit inquiry and was once more told it would only be a soft pull. I ended up leaving before speaking with the finance department because the wait was too long. On my way home, I received a notification that a hard inquiry had been done, and my credit score dropped 5 points. This was never disclosed to me, even though I asked multiple times. I feel completely misled and deceived. If you value honesty and transparency—especially when it comes to your credit—be cautious. My experience at HGreg was the opposite of what I expected. The dealership needs to train their staff to clearly disclose when a hard credit check is being run.

This dealership is Big rip off!!!! They lure you in with a low price but then they refuse to sell you a car unless you purchase a $1,600.00 useless warranty. Any dealership will try to sell you a warranty but this is the only one that will simply not sell a car to you unless you buy a STUPID, USELESS WARRANTY!!!! This scam running place should be put out of business!!! I don't know how the employees sleep at night!

Hgreg is a true baiter!! I just bought a car from an Hgreg dealership. They have great prices to lure you in but then they tack on a $1,600.00 stupid warranty that you HAVE TO PURCHASE!! There's no other option if you want the car!!! I didn't want the xxxx warranty but I wanted the car!! Now I have buyers remorse! Stay away from this place! Go somewhere else. Every dealership will attempt to sell you a warranty but any other dealership will let you refuse to purchase it. Not this place!!!! Hgreg is a GIANT SCAM!!!

I would give zero stars if allowed. My son, a young, first time car buyer, purchased a truck. The salesperson discussed a price with him and he agreed to finance that amount. He was then sent to the finance department. The person there, Jerome Werling, slipped in approximately $5,000 worth of extras. The way these extras were added was done in a way to intentionally deceive the buyer. When we called back to speak with Jerome, he refused to give his full name (found it by digging through paperwork) and he actually hung up on us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL in my opinion. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place.

If I could give HGreg NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. This place is a JOKE. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I wouldn’t even buy a bike from them, let alone a car. Their customer service is trash. The second you have a problem, they vanish. I bought a car and not even half a day later, the transmission started acting up. I contacted them immediately, and they straight up refused to take responsibility or give me my money back. Returned the car the next day, and they hit me with, “We’ll check it out and give you a call.” Never happened. I had to call THEM, and when I did, the receptionist asked for my name and laughed like I was a joke. The sales guy clearly told them to dodge my calls because suddenly he was “busy” every time I asked for him. Be for real. They took my money, sold me a broken car, then acted like I was the problem. I’ve filed complaints and terminated the contract (bc these fools forgot to send the paperwork to the bank). This dealership is unprofessional, sneaky, and rude. Don’t waste your time or your money. Go somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Our salesman Marty was a delight. At no time were we pressured, and he was happy to answer all of our questions about the car in question. The fresh cup of espresso as we were about to leave to drive the 3 hours home was the cherry on top of a delightful dessert of a shopping experience.

Never purchased a car in Hgreg. A lot of additional/hidden charges. They made me sign up to two insurances that I don’t need. When I ask them to take it out, they said they can’t anymore. The 2,000 downpamynet also went missing. Horrible car dealer.

Very bad customer service, staff is very rude and manager is more rude, unprofessional, incompetent than staff and does not know, what is customer service. I scheduled test drive on cal and staff said, it is available for test drive but when reached at dealership after around an hour (At scheduled time) staff said why this car only, we have many other cars then he said, this car is in service and available for test drive right now. We asked to talked to manager, manager says I don't want to talk to you, I don't want to sell car to you.

Do not buy from this dealership. Buyer beware. Good on-line presence; was able to find the car I wanted to buy; negotiated up front before I drove over an hour to test drive to make final purchase. Their no-haggle pricing is a farce. Of course, their price is their price, and their website does disclose they have a non-optional document fee of $225. However, what their website does not disclose is their "mandatory" Eliete Protection Plan fee of $2,295.00 which they graciously agreed to sell to me at cost - $999.00. I don't know about you, but in today's economy, every$ counts and to "force" me to pay $'s for something I don't want, is a non starter. Obviously, I did not purchase the vehicle and flatly reject the abject greed demonstrated by this dealership. Carvana worked just fine for me. No hidden fees/force to purchase something I did not want or need.

I was inquiring a purchasing a car with this dealer. I'm out of from out of state so I was calling so they can send me an email with out of door price. The first time I called I was transferred to a out-of-state purchasing phone number it was automated what I was instructed to leave my name and number. Second time I called I was talking to the salesperson who told me that if I wanted an estimate out of the door in writing they have to talk to their finance people and they going to send it to me so that never happened. The third time I called they transferred me again to the automated phone number so I hung up and called right back again the salesperson answered I told him that I'm visiting Texas and I would like to drive a car home with me but I would like a price in writing and he said oh okay the price is what it is online plus $250 dog fee and then disconnected the line. If that was by accident I would appreciate a call back as I'm sure you have a phone reader but if not I strongly suggest people not to waste their time purchasing car from this dealer.
