Niyi was the representative to help me while purchasing
Niyi was the representative to help me while purchasing my vehicle - he was amazing. He came in on his day off because I needed an appointment then, and overall was polite and engaging as well as professional and knowledgeable. Now, I negotiated the price down by NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS, via a written request per their instructions. On the note, I signed "okay, love you, bye!" because I'm a whimsical lady. They told me they couldn't accommodate my requested price so I left. When I returned, they acted as though I was "mean" for leaving when they couldn't do what I needed. I kid you not, an employee came over to "see which one is the mean one" between myself and my girlfriend because I wrote "love you," but left when they tried to stick on the price. Not to mention, I am the more feminine in my relationship and every person we spoke to at the dealership addressed my more masculine presenting girlfriend even though I was CLEAR that the vehicle would be for me. I would ONLY go back to this dealership if they had the exact vehicle I wanted, as was the case at this dealership. Moral of the story is do not play in my face or we can see how mean I can really be :)
