Francis thoroughly went over priority issues with my vehicle and explained in detail the various service recommendations and he also went over pricing and all payment options to help me select the best payment options to suite my budget my financial needs. All the employees from my service tech to other members
All the employees from my service tech to other members of the staff(Cashiers, mechanics, accounting) had a pleasant attitude and made sure I was taken care of. I was happy to see my service agent was on the job bright and early handling things by himself while others were just making their way in on this snowy day. He took his time explaining every option to me and really took good care of my car. Great service! Great communication!! It took from 7:45 to almost 11 am. But I won’t complain too much because I wouldn’t want them to rush. I appreciate him for being at work with a smile!
