I asked this dealership for the paperwork on a salvage title vehicle... they said it was "not available". Any one selling a salvage title car should be able to produce the details of the wreck/ damage report and the work involved with the repairs. SKETCHY!

This has been the worst consumer experience I have experienced in my lifetime. This company has deceptive practices, poor customer service, and unreliable vehicles. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey (roughly $8,000) for my daughter from these brothers a few months ago and it has been nothing but issues from the start. The vehicle failed emissions and the transmission eventually failed (unreliable vehicle). They said they would help, at the very least, ensure that it will pass emissions. I persistently called this company and was always misled into thinking they will at least make sure it passes emissions (deceptive practice). It has been months now and still they are not returning my calls (poor customer service). So I ultimately had the transmission replaced for another $3,700, however, the check engine light was still on and still needed to be addressed in order for the vehicle to pass emissions. I left countless messages that were ignored. So now my daughter has a vehicle that she cannot legally drive, even though we paid so much money. My hope is that going forward, this review can at the very least help one person to do your due diligence and make an informed decision before deciding on purchasing from this company. Some of these reviews seem fake so read the more thorough reviews here and on social media to get a good understanding of this company's operations.
