We came to look at one vehicle and was made a great deal

We came to look at one vehicle and was made a great deal on our trade. The salesman Todd Horner was great. That great while working on or first deal my w wife saw something else on the lot. Now we are going back to hopefully make a second deal in a couple days . What a birthday present for the wife.

I went in with my vehicle for a sound in the motor they...

I went in with my vehicle for a sound in the motor they kept it 3 days to diagnose the sound, when I got called they said I needed multiple items on the vehicle replaced. They said I can't have led headlights, led flights, and led interior dome lights. I have never had a problem with any other shops with these. They also said I needed a wheel bearing, exhaust pipes, suspension issues as well. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM TO SERVICE YOU VEHICLE. They are not allowed to do a multipoint inspection on a vehicle that is not needed. They will not get my service again.

I bought a 2019 VW GLI 35th Anniversary edition from...

I bought a 2019 VW GLI 35th Anniversary edition from apple ford on 07/10/2021. I spent 27500 on this vehicle because I was told that the vehicle was very nice and kept up with by the previous owner, that it was checked out by their service department and there was no issues and in "Great condition with like new tires". It was overpriced a bit which I didn't mind at the time because they told me the car was in great condition with like new tires. That is how they advertised the vehicle to me. I had mentioned that it sounded slightly loud because that was a concern of mine and I was told that it was checked out so no issues and that it was just the brand of tire. The tires are actually not good and were suggested to me to be replaced because they had cupping and uneven wear. The front needed to be realigned and the one ball joint needs replaced and there was a non safety recall. They refused to look at the vehicle because they said they cant look at it for just a "loud engine". That is crazy because i have 2 appointments set up to confirm the issues with this vehicle. I went to Jeff D'Ambrosio VW which they were more then happy to look at the vehicle for me. They had fixed the recall for me and were willing to fix the ball-joint and rotate and rebalance the tires to hopefully help till i decide to replace them. All of this took a lot of my time and added unnecessary miles to the vehicle just because Apple didn't do their do-diligence and lied. I had a meeting with the GM at apple and he said they would replace 2 tires for free and to be honest that isn't good enough. We told him we might still write a review and he said why would i even give you the tires then. He was very arrogant and condescending at times. He said it was my fault and I didn't have to buy the car. When i mentioned all the problems within the first 2 weeks of owning the car he said they aren't a VW dealership and they aren't tire experts. He said their sister store looked at the vehicle and never stated that they looked over the vehicle. This contradicts what the salesmen said and I've now realized they lied to me to make a sale. This dealership has no integrity and gives ford dealerships a bad name.

Sales Team was very responsive. Car was well appointed...

Sales Team was very responsive. Car was well appointed and they even provided car mats. They had the best car, with the best mileage at the best price. They earned our business. Other car dealerships couldn’t even return our call. Says it all.

Called the dealership and asked if they gave trade in...

Called the dealership and asked if they gave trade in values without me purchasing a vehicle. My company offered us a company car and I was looking to get out of my f150. Went into the dealership and sat down with Todd explained exactly why I was there. While waiting for them to do the appraisal I asked to go see the new 2021 lariat. I was interested to see the upgrades Ford finally put in their truck. Came back in Todd asked me to get some loan info on my truck. He came back with a trade in price and finance numbers on the 2021 Ford. I explained again that I needed numbers for just a trade with no purchase he left again came back and said the numbers were good either way til the end of the month. Joe barrios came over had a small conversation and I left. I called Todd 2 days later said I wanted to trade in my truck but was not going to purchase at that time. Todd asked me to email some info and he would set things up. 15 minutes later I get a text saying the number was only good if I bought a truck. I called Todd explained my frustration asked him how that happened. And he said joe most have misunderstood him. 15 minutes after joe barrios called me and as I was explaining to him what Todd and I talked about. he started getting loud. Talked over me. And said “I don’t need to do anything I don’t want to. I don’t owe anyone anything” typical dirty used car salesman. Typical bait and switch. And just overall unprofessional. Then told me he would talk to gm and call back. 4 days later no phone call I plan to pursue this up the Ford chain and let them know about this dealership and the team running it. I’ve been in sales a long time and mistakes happen but sometimes you need to find a middle ground and make it right. But here joe barrios is right and owes his customers nothing. Should be embarrassed.

Service Department went above and beyond dealing with a...

Service Department went above and beyond dealing with a mouse nest that ruined my blower fan. They then were gracious about a second visit when the blower fan began making noise again - more nesting material! I would return for more service (hopefully not of the rodent kind) on my Ford Transit Connect van.

Brought my truck due to a TERRIBLE suspension noise....

Brought my truck due to a TERRIBLE suspension noise. Tech's diagnosis was leaf spring bushings worn. Expensive, but approved repair. A few days later I heard the noise again, so I pursued the issue myself and found the front wheel bearings were gone. No sooner had I fixed that issue, my Sync screen went out. Upon coming back to the dealership for the new issue, I informed them of what work I had to perform on my own. The service advisor, Amanda, called me back and informed me that the Service Manager had reviewed my complaint and waived all diag costs for the Sync screen. She then informed me that the labor to replace the screen would be waived as well! As one may imagine, I was elated! This is a perfect example of a Dealership maintaining its integrity and commitment to its customers. Thank you SO much!

My truck was vandalized I brought it in had it towed in to be diagnosed what did the vandalism do to the engine. I just needed the vehicle diagnosed so did it could be fixed here it is I'm taking it in again the third time for the same problem and paying for the same diagnosis twice . while I'm paying tow trucks to get the vehicle brought in thanks.

2018 Fiesta ST base

So about a year ago I needed a new car and went in to look at a Ford Fiesta ST. After being told price wasnt able to come down and being in desperate need of a new car I bought the car. I explained my situation of just having a new born and that money was tight and they still upcharged me on the car. Upon looking I was charged the st3 price tag for the base model package which is total xxxxxxxx. The salemen I had was named Ben Salerno, the man is a total snake and con artist who truly doesnt give a xxxx about anything other than putting extra money in his pocket. He promised me in writing that he would deduct $300 by saying i referred his next 3 sales to him as a means of consolation for charging me an extra 3 to 4K on my car. This company is truly terrible and Ben is truly the worst salesmen you could have. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They even without telling me added on the most experience coverage package and yet dont want to replace or cover anything under warranty. Worst company location ever.
