We had a great experience. Mikki took care of us. He showed us the different models and even a new prototype. He thought the RZ 350e was right for us and we agreed. Alex helped us with the paperwork and he was sharp and seemed to know what he was doing. He owns the same car and answered questions as we thought of them. I recommend Tustin Lexus to my mechanic. He seemed interested.😊

Time to check in and time to checkout were excessively long…over 30 minutes each despite arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment. The service agent was nice and apologized but still very disappointed. Took 3 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance.

I was assisted by Rick quickly upon my arrival and all work was promptly and professionally completed.

Absolute class experience. David Tran and Tatiana were so wonderful to work with from start to finish and made the car buying experience one to remember. David made the entire process so much fun and truly did his very best to go above and beyond for us as my wife and I were looking to get into our first Lexus.
