Had an appt at 1pm.
Had an appt at 1pm. Car still sitting out front at 2pm. 3 hrs for an oil change with an appointment? No car wash. Got a spam post card about car warranty with all my vehicle info a few days after visiting you. I just moved here and no one else would associate the vehicle with my address. Will not return.

Brad got my car issues diagnosed with the help of the technician. He contacted me about the issue. I told him to get the parts ordered. The parts came in and the technician got the parts installed and made sure everything was correct. I got my car fixed and I'm happy.
