Worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with. Nobody...

Worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with. Nobody answers or returns calls, I had to call them atleast 15 times for just 1 answer. Brought my car in for a “air flow to the engine sensor” fixing, they charged me $300 for service for something they fixed within 2 hours. 7 hours after having my car, the light came on again for the same exact thing. They said the “part went bad”. If you have to go to a nissan dealership please do not come here.

Outstanding dealership. I recently bought out my lease on a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Every person greeted me, even passing in the hall. No was exceptional—kind, patient, and competent. I met Ian who first leased the car to me and was impressed that he remembered me.
