My GPS showed that my home location was 20 miles from my...

My GPS showed that my home location was 20 miles from my actual location, therefore making it unusable. Rothrock service said it is a system problem that will be fixed remotely by Jeep. One month later I called to explain nothing happened. Was told to come in because the service center is now able to resolve the problem. I set the appointment, waited a few hours and was told the fix is a 2 step process with the first step needing to be completed by Jeep remotely then the second step can be done locally. That was about 3 weeks ago with no resolution. I would expect that Rothrock would be proactive and call Jeep to determine when this should be resolved. I still have no idea when anything will happen and am resolved that I won’t hear from Rothrock.

Simone McErlean handled my service. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been to this place before many time and worked with Coleen, who was an absolute gem to work with, but with her gone to a different team it is sad to see the kind of poor customer service being provided to long time customers.

I delivered my vehicle at 8am and the service rep said the work would take 3 hrs. I didn’t get a call to pick up my vehicle until after 4pm. The rep was very rude, my car had oil stains from the technician’s fingers. They left trash in my car and left my keys between the center council and seat. All this for a vehicle inspection and recall on the hood latch. They told me my inspections were free because I bought the vehicle there but then charged me for “labor”. I will not be taking my vehicle back there. It’s a shame because there was a pickup truck on the lot that I was interested in but why would I want to anchor myself to them and further? They made me feel like they purposely pushed my vehicle to the back of the line and then gave me half assed service, no thank you…

I am now getting water in my cabin after the recall work around. I just want a resolution to this problem because I didn’t have this issue before I brought the car in for the recall.

The Jeep service staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I brought my Jeep in to be serviced for an issue and they told me they fixed it. Picked it up the next morning and drove it for less than 25 miles and my Jeep was worse than when I brought it in originally. Mechanic took my car for a test drive and stated it was unsafe to drive as it needed a new transmission at 35,000. The service manager gave my husband and I a hard time about honoring the warranty on the vehicle and getting a loaner car. Chrysler’s policy states that I get a loaner vehicle since I was still under my factory warranty. We went over his head and got a loaner issued by Chrysler. He was not happy about this and was very petty. When the loaner car company showed up he sent them away after yelling at me outside that my husband was a profanity. They are very unprofessional.
