Very attentive service. I was under a tight schedule when I dropped my truck off and they assured me they would get it in right away to begin service. The technician said approximately an hour for the service and 45 minutes later I was driving away. Very happy.

Communication is horrible. Had vehicle way longer than told. 3 weeks. The car work is good but the communication and timing was the worst. All because everyone was on vac and lack of staff. Don't take someone's vehicle and not disclose that.

The dealership is very easy to work with. I have bought several cars from Rothrock in the past five years. The salesman are always very helpful and there is never a hassle. There is a great selection of cars and the service area is always clean and comfortable while waiting for my car to be worked on.
