Thought I got a good deal on a truck, however after being...

Thought I got a good deal on a truck, however after being informed of things I wasn't aware of and no further or proper information about my options from the dealer days after purchase, I basically bought a truck that I was completely unhappy with. I had leased the truck and told them I had never leased before and knew nothing about it and asked how it worked. I had specified multiple times to them that I did not want the chrome on the truck and not once was mentioned that I was able to build one to my specs or would try to find one that better suited my needs and basically the option was take what they had there, never mentioning about trying to find one or anything like that to meet my ideal truck. Had reached out to them about a week later multiple times, kept getting the run around and no responses, then finally after my last attempt I get sorry can't do anything about it. So my fault for not doing my research first, but I feel this is very poor customer service on their end for not explaining everything to me and giving me all the options to get the vehicle I wanted. Will not be a returning customer and definitely will not recommend to anyone I know or anyone looking to get a vehicle that they want their own way.

I have been there five times to fix a right sensor rear tire issue. And now they want me to go 6 time cuz the problem is still not fixed

Contacted them via website and was contacted by staff very quickly. Inquired about a few options of vehicles that they got back to me with. Discussed some payments via phone then coordinated a test drive. Very easy to work with.
