I wrote the bellow review and someone form the dealership

I wrote the bellow review and someone form the dealership contacted me and said they will solve the issue, I did email the general manager over 2 weeks ago but have not yet received any response. Just a trick to pretend they care and want to do the right thing. I bought a Mercedes here, I know that they are not a Mercedes dealership but as a high end franchise store I was expecting that they are selling cars in good condition. It was a 1 owner car with CLEAN Carfax, They told me that the only thing that was needed and they had done was rims that needed to be fixed. Right out out of the bat when I drove home I felt that the whole car was shaking, I called them right back and was told that It only needed wheel balance and I could bring it back for them to rebalance the wheels. I did that but it didn't solve the problem. I called many many times and was told to take it to a rim repair shop, I took the car to the same repair shop that they had told me they had fixed the rims at before and was told that the dealership had only fixed 1 rim and it was the other 3 rims that were the problem. I called the dealership and was told for a call back from the used car manager, of course I didn't want to pay for it. after over an hour of wait I asked the repair shop to fix it and I paid myself. later when I got hold of them at the dealership I was told that I had got discount and they didn't want to help me. It don't end there, when I got my plates and wanted to put them on, I saw that front bumper was damaged and VERY cheaply fixed with extremely poor paint job. I could expect something like this on a old corolla from a moms and pops store not on a AMG from a High End store. To date I am waiting for them to pay me back for the rims but no one has contacted me yet, I guess I have to go to small claim court to get my money back.

Deceptive Practices I strongly advise staying away

Deceptive Practices I strongly advise staying away from this dealership due to my ongoing experience with their unprofessional and deceptive behavior. Over 100 days ago, I canceled a protection plan I purchased at the time of sale. I have written confirmation from the protection company itself that the plan was canceled on May 20, 2025, and that the dealership was notified. Despite this, I have not received my refund, and the finance department continues to give me the runaround. The finance managers consistently ignore calls and voicemails, forcing me to waste time driving to the dealership in person just to ask for an update. Even worse, General Manager Darlene has not responded to a single email or phone call regarding this matter. To make matters worse, I was sold a secondary paint protection plan under the false promise that any damage would be covered in-house. That turned out to be completely untrue — a blatant misrepresentation used to push the sale. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how fast they disappear after they’ve made the sale. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and deceptive practices make it clear this dealership is not interested in treating customers fairly once the paperwork is signed. Save yourself the stress — go elsewhere.
