My experience with Land Rover Cerritos was exceptional.

My experience with Land Rover Cerritos was exceptional. Gustavo was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions without hesitation. The purchasing process was done swiftly and without any sort of pressure. My experience was so good that when my daughter was looking for a Defender, I recommended she contact Gustavo and within 24 hours she had the one she wanted and they delivered it to her a couple days later 3 hours away. Excellent customer service!

Just leased my new Range Rover and had an outstanding

Just leased my new Range Rover and had an outstanding experience thanks to Fares and Kasra. From the very beginning, both of them were professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful — no pressure, no runaround, just clear communication and a smooth process from start to finish. Fares took the time to walk me through all the options and helped make sure I got exactly what I wanted (and nothing I didn’t). Kasra handled the paperwork like a pro — efficient, transparent, and even made sure I understood every part of the lease before signing anything. The whole experience felt personalized and stress-free. I’ve leased cars in the past where it felt like a battle — this was the exact opposite. If you’re in the market for a Range Rover and want to work with people who actually care and know what they’re doing, ask for Fares and Kasra. Highly recommend.

AWFUL.

AWFUL... Buyer beware. Was shopping for a used EV they had in stock. They don't assist with applying the used EV tax credit at the time of purchase, that's okay. But they say will provide everything you need to claim it on your own taxes. FALSE. They will not provide the one required form you need to claim the credit, the Time of Sale Seller report. Without this report, the IRS will reject your claim instantly.! hope no one else has purchase a used EV and are expecting a tax credit next year because you won't. And by then the dealer would have washed their hands of any responsibility. This is well documented on many forums and acknowledged by the NATIONAL AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION. Gustavo and team is oblivious to the clearly stated instructions provided by the IRS. They advertise the tax credit on their website but offer no help whatsoever.
